This series of abstract watercolor works, transformed through color inversion and translated into oil-based digital prints on canvas, explores the fluid boundary between internal psychological landscapes and the natural world. The paintings emerge from a deeply personal creative process—capturing life's revelations and emotional truths through imagery that bridges childhood wonder, bodily awareness, and our connection to organic forms.

The creative process itself mirrors the thematic content: beginning with the spontaneous, flowing nature of watercolor, then inverting the colors to reveal hidden dimensions, much like how our inner experiences often exist in opposition to surface appearances. This transformation from original to opposite colors reflects the complexity of human emotion and perception—how our internal realities can be the inverse of what we present externally.

The titles reveal a stream of consciousness that moves between visceral bodily experiences ("Tomatoes are also butts," "Brain slices"), childhood memories and dreams ("When I was 6 years old, I dreamed of a blue vortex"), and intimate connections with natural creatures ("Do seahorses bleed when they mate," "my inside is full of jellyfishes"). This juxtaposition of the anatomical, the aquatic, and the psychological creates a visual poetry that speaks to our fundamental interconnectedness with nature and the fluid boundaries of self.

The works capture moments of vulnerability ("Hug me"), transformation ("Destined to dissipate"), and the sometimes uncomfortable intimacy of being truly seen ("Always look into my eyes," "Don't Kiss My Mind Worm"). Through abstract, flowing forms reminiscent of natural imagery, they invite viewers into a contemplation of their own internal landscapes and the organic processes that shape both our inner and outer worlds.
